Influenster Venus® Snap with Embrace Review

I received the Gillette Venus Snap Razor with Embrace complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes. My first impression was, "Oh, look how cute!" The Venus Snap razor is tiny and compact - perfect for on-the-go. However, for me, the price is not worth the product. It's $9.47 at Walmart. 

My daily and traveling razors are disposable razors. In my opinion, they're just as costly as razors with replaceable blades. They also provide an equally close shave. If I hadn't received the Venus Snap razor for free from Influenster, I doubt I would have bought it on my own.

The Venus Snap razor provides a close shave, without needing to use shave gel. It comes in a carrying case that has holes so it dries out easily. Overall, if you're looking for a more compact razor, this one is for you. If you use disposables for traveling, I would stick with those. 

Venus Snap VoxBox

I received the Venus Snap VoxBox complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes. My first impression of the Venus Snap razor was "Look how cute this razor is!" It's small, compact and ready on-the-go. Any Venus razor blade refill will work with the Venus Snap razor, making it easy to use your favorite blades while traveling. I don't think I would use this razor for a night out, but I would use it as a travel razor. Typically, I use disposable razors on a daily basis, so I don't think this razor would replace my daily-use razor, but the Venus Snap razor is perfect on-the-go! It's everything you would expect from a Venus razor, except more compact and portable!

Uni VoxBox

I received the Uni VoxBox complimentary from Influenster!

Of course I was excited for the Impress nails, but I found out my nails were too small for them to fit correctly. I was a little disappointed by this, but for someone with "normal" sized nails, I think they would fit perfectly. Also, I really liked the design of my Impress nails.

I'm obsessed with pens and was excited to try out a new type of Pilot pen. The Acroball writes really smoothly. I wish it was the same color ink as the pen (orange), rather than black.

The Red Rose Real Tea was a little disappointing because it tastes like straight up sugar-water. It doesn't taste like tea at all. :(

I don't wear makeup on a regular basis, but I really enjoyed using the Rimmel Stay Matte foundation because it was easy to use. I also liked the NYC Expert Last lip color, but I thought the pink was a little too bright.

The last item in my Vox Box is Playtex tampons. You can't go wrong with free tampons!

Playtex® Sport® Fresh Balance Tampons

I received Playtex Sport tampons complimentary from Influenster in my Uni Vox Box, just in time for me to test them out! I'm not a sporty person and I hate working out, but these tampons were definitely more comfortable than the regular, generic brand I usually get from the grocery store. I would recommend these for women who do play sports, as well as women who aren't as active!

Broadway Nails imPRESS Press-on Manicure

I love these press-on nails because they're less messy than glue-on, but I couldn't keep these on for more than fifteen minutes. The box says if the nails aren't a perfect fit, go with the smaller nail. However, for me, all of the nails were too big to fit. I put them on, but had to take them off fifteen minutes later because they looked funny and felt like they were about to pop off.

I would recommend them for prom,  weddings, or any other special events, as long as your nails are big enough for them to fit correctly.

NYC Expert Last Lip Color

I received "Forever Fuschia" NYC Expert Last lip color complimentary from Influenster in my Uni Vox Box! At first I was shocked by the bright color, but I think it would look good as a night-out look.

I love NYC Expert Last lip color because it really does last! The only complaint I have is that it lasts so long, I can't seem to take the lip color off! I would definitely purchase a different shade of NYC Expert Last lip color in the future.

NYC HD Color Trio

I received NYC's HD Color Trio complimentary from Influenster in my Jolly Vox Box. I received neutral colors - brown and white. I think the HD Color Trio is perfect for everyday wear. It's easy to apply and stays on all day. Pair this with your favorite eyeliner and mascara and you're good to go!
